In loving memory of Samuel (Sammy) Alexander Lauro, Jr
With profound love in our hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Samuel Alexander Lauro Jr, on August 21st, 2023. He was born on December 31st, 1997, and is survived by his mother Betty, his Grandmother Angelica, Uncle Armando with his wife Vivian, and his two cousins Alex and Mandy. A native of Tampa, Sammy attended St Lawrence Catholic School, graduated as a Jesuit Tiger from Jesuit High School (Class of 2016), moving on to Florida State University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration Entrepreneurship in 2021, attaining a final master’s degree in Global Marketing from Boston University in 2022.
Sammy was an avid fitness and football enthusiast who loved his family and friends, and he left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him.
A viewing will be held at St Lawrence Catholic Church located at 5225 N Himes Avenue, Tampa, FL on Monday, August 28th from 11:00-11:45 am, followed by a Memorial Mass at 12:00 pm. Entombment will take place immediately after at Garden of Memories Cemetery (4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa FL. 33610) with a reception will follow.
