RUTHIE - YOU WERE A SAINT AND WILL BE MISSED DEARLY.
My deepest sympathies to Ruthie's family and close friends. I knew Ruthie at Memorial and Hillsborough. There was not a kinder more sincere person than Ruthie. She will be sorely missed.
Ruth, aka Mrs. Angert, was so very kind to me during my comparatively short tenure at Gaither. She always made me feel especially welcome. She was very generous with her wisdom and perspective on teaching, students, and life. I treasure her memory. My heartfelt condolences to her husband, her family, her sisters, her friends, on the loss of this dear soul. We are all the better for having had her in our lives.
Dear Bob,
Words cannot express how sorry we are to hear of your loss. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Rhee and Debbie
Ruth was a wonderful wife and teacher. She won many awards for her teaching. I will always remember her beautiful smile and how much she loved her husband.. I will miss you Ruth.

I only got to know Ruthie over the past two years, and within the short time, she had an impact on my life. It began with our love of cats and our shared sentiments of home and family. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to meet people who have also had an impact because of Ruth. From students who became teachers because of her to those who shared a classroom with her, Ruthie was a beaming light. She was always able to put a smile on your face because she was so genuine. She listened to varying points of view and was eager to understand diversity. Ruthie, you'll always have a place in my heart; You made a life-long impact and I believe that's how we can honor you: Spread kindness, share wisdom - Live, laugh, love.
So sorry for your tremendous loss. I was friends with Ruthie at HHS. She was a doll then and for the few times our paths crossed over the years, she was just as sweet. God bless your family.
I am so glad that I was able to know her. What amazes me is how fantastic I thought she was and I only got a brief preview into her life. Over 30 years of teaching and countless students. I just think of how she impacted their lives and how those students then went on to impact others. I will carry her message of love and respect when I become a teacher and she will live on in the lives of others. I just hope that I can do her legacy justice. My prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
Robert, with a heavy heart I offer my sincere condolences on your loss. I will pray for you and Ruthie. Robbie
