STEVENS, Noel Scott of Tampa, FL passed away on February 3, 2013. He is survived by his daughter, Holly Scott Stevens and preceded in death by his son, Mark Wesley Stevens. Noel came to Tampa as Chairman of the Music Department of Read Obituary
