Leopoldo Rodolfo Mendoza's Obituary
With Heavy hearts we announce the passing of “Rudy” Leopoldo Rodolfo Mendoza. Rudy passed on Nov 3rd, 2023.
He is survived by his Wife Teddie Mendoza; sons Marco Mendoza (Brittany), Brandon Mendoza (Rochelle), and Lee Mendoza; grandchildren, Aubrey, Marco Jr, Mason, Jordan, and Elias and Sister Yolanda Prado.
Teddie and Rudy got married on November 13th, 1988. He was a Tampa Native, born and raised in Ybor City Florida. Rudy was a Business owner/Hair Performance and worked for 40 plus years as a hair stylist. He went to school at Desoto elementary, George Washington Junior high school, and graduated from Hillsborough high school in 1970. His great joy was his family and lived ever hour of everyday for them. He knew how to listen and be there for you when you needed him. He was the definition of a “genuine and great man”, he always put everyone's needs before his. He loved cheering on all Tampa sports teams with his family and friends. Rudy’s presence and love will be deeply missed. Still, his memory will live on through his family and the cherished moments they shared together. His resolute support, wisdom, and kindness will be forever remembered and carried forward by those whose lives he touched.
