JAZWIECKI, Fr. John, 82, died unexpectedly on October 9, 2010. He was born in Toledo, Ohio March 28, 1928 to Mary and John Jazwiecki. After service in the military, Fr. Jazwiecki studied for the priesthood in the Society of Mary. Read Obituary
Father Jazwiecki was more than just a teacher at Chanel High School in Bedford,Ohio when I attended in the 60's. He was a true professional and friend to those of us taking business courses from him. I will never forget him.

His sermons at Our Lady of Perpetual Help were an important part of my life - I felt enriched by his words and presence! He will be missed so very much!

Fr. John held a special place in our family. He married several of us siblings and always kept in contact with his special Christmas blessing. We were fortunate to visit with him in Florida and on his last visit to Ohio in July. He was so caring, thoughtful, sincere. Truly a man of God. He is going to be missed. Our sympathies to the families of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and esp Father Richard and his brother Joe. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. Rest in peace Fr. John until we meet again....
Fr. John helped me personally during a very difficult period in my life as a young adult. I am forever grateful for his kindness, love, acceptance, and support during this time. He was dearly loved & respected by everyone in my family. To all the parishioners and friends of Fr John or Fr.Jazz, I am so sorry for your loss. May your hearts hold the love and loving memories of Fr.John and may you comfort each other in your grief. I am grateful that he touched so many lives and gave so much of himself to others.
