What can one say about a man who lived a full life and know that we are better people to have known him. He was blessed with a keen mother when she named him (GUY),as well as,being surrounded by a very loving family and a ton of friends. Guy excelled at what he accomplished and made a difference in other peoples lives.The memories he shared with us at the family reunions, as he was growing up and running with the likes of my father and his brothers and sister, as well as his cousins, are cherished and will never be forgotten.
To you, Guy ST. Paul, and family, thank you for ALL YOUR LOVE, and know that GOD AND JESUS are ALWAYS by are sides and in our hearts.

Tony always called me "Patricio"! He was a excellent person, he always talked about the old Odessa to me, and about all the wildlife and land that was here. He was a great man, and he will be missed by many. He helped me with a report i had in high school, I didnt have to look in a book, i just asked Tony. You will always be remembered.
We always liked hearing about his historical stories and spending time at the coffee shop. He was a great friend, and we always admired him for his accomplishments. He will always be missed dearly.

Guy and I would always talk about his past hunting and fishing stories, and without fail he would ask me if I got a turkey from last hunting season. I,unfortunately, always had to tell him no, but he always had something new to tell me how I could get one next time. When I first met him it was before Summer and I were married. He needed to make sure I was suitable to marry his granddaughter. I introduced myself, and we talked about history, hunting, fishing, and ourselves. When Summer joined us he let her know that "you have a good man there". To know that he felt I was good enough to be apart of his family is indeed a deep honor, and he was a wonderful man that I am proud to call my grandfather..."My Nano"
I am sorry for the loss of a great man, and a wonderful Christian. Guy has a special place in my heart. It was an honor to spend time with Guy and he told me his favorite poem is "Footprints", because he knew God was with him during many times in his life; and more so with him during this time of his life, when he needed the Lord, the most. My condolences to all of Mr. St. Paul's family. I was at A.L Cuesta when he was a teacher there, my sister was his student and our father served with him as part of the Indian Association in West Tampa. I have a picture of them together that I treasure! I remember seeing him riding atop a beautfiful horse during the Gasparilla parades and he never failed to flashed that beautiful smile and wave as he recognized me in the crowd. He was such a great mentor for the students! I have thought about him often over the years. Tampa has lost one of its great ones!!! Warm regards, Sally Barcelo
