Frederick Earl Wadley's Obituary
WADLEY, Frederick Earl, age 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 18, 2017. He is survived by Marilyn his beloved wife of 52 years, sister in law Millicent Fallon and companion John Mobley, brother in law Douglas Clinton Young (Judy), 4 nieces, many great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Earl was born in Tampa, Florida on November 24, 1927 to the late Frederick and Bernice Terrell Wadley. Earl lived here in Tampa all his life. He graduated from Jefferson High School and was a very proud graduate of the University of Florida and remained a Gator Fan for the rest of his life. He excelled as a mathematics teacher in the Hillsborough County Public School System and was on the staff for the opening of the new Robinson High School. Earl retired after 39 years of teaching. Earl enjoyed time watching UF Football and UF Basketball, playing chess, reading, listening to Opera, and taking care of his “cat family”. He was an intelligent man and was an authority of war truths, especially the Civil War. His favorite TV reruns to watch were “Law and Order” and “Monk”. A memorial service will be held for Earl at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33603 on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Humane Society of Tampa or to any animal charitable organization of your choice. www.bozaroel.com
