I so appreciated the love, hospitality and warmth Cousin Gene always showed me, my late Father Augustine and my late Uncle Joe. I am so happy Gene was able to travel to California several times in the last 10 years so I got to know him better. What a wonderful man to have in the family and I will always be grateful for the connection he gave me to my Grandmother's family. My deepest sympathies to Grace and family and I hope to get to Tampa soon to see you all again. much love
Anne
When I was in high school we lived on the dairy, on Williams Rd. Gino would be going for feed or whatever and he would always stop by for a coffee. He would always say "Rita, is this dish water?" as he was used to stronger Cuban coffee. We would share a conversation of all the daily topics. I always looked forward to his visits. Even earlier than that, when I was younger I would ride with him on his tractor and play on top of the feed stacks in the barn. Thanks Gino for the great memories, I will miss you but never forget you. Grace and family, my thoughts are with you all. Your Godson Matt
