Carlos Pazos' Obituary
Carlos A. Pazos, an attorney and Tampa native, passed away unexpectedly on November 6, 2020, at the age of 64 at home. Carlos is survived by his devoted wife, Carol; his sons, Nicolas and Carlos G.; their wives, Alyssa and Aubrey; and his granddaughter, Reagan Grace. He is predeceased by his mother and father, "Toto" and Martha; and, his brother, Richard. Carlos was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the United States with his family at the age of 4. He graduated high school from Tampa Catholic, received his bachelor's degree at the University of South Florida, and received his juris doctorate at South Texas College of Law - Houston. Carlos was an avid singer and was actively involved in several local charities through his participation in the local Rough Riders krewe and as president of the annual Koncert 4 Kidz.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on Friday, November 13, 2020, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, at 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33603. Carlos will be laid to rest the following day, Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. at the Garden of Memories Cemetery, at 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Children's Cancer Center at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital Foundation/Oncology or your favorite charity. Carlos was well-loved, and will certainly be remembered."
