He was instrumental in my life in so many ways! My condolences to the entire family.

Carol, Nicolas, Carlos and the rest of the Pazos family, We are deeply saddened by your loss. I will remember fondly my days with Carlos that go back to the old St. Joseph grade school days. They continued at Tampa Catholic High School and then surprisedly at South Texas College of Law. I will also remember Carlos' quick wit and keen ability with to engage in friendly banner in the West Tampa fashion. I always admired his fierce devotion to his family, friends and clients. Dear Carol - one minute we are laughing and having a good time and next Carlos is gone. This should be a lesson to all of us to love and hold our family close because you never know. Carlos was a good friend to me and our krewe. When you joined we got both of you and what a blessing that was. I will miss his smile and gentle ways. Prayers for you and your family as I cannot imagine the pain in your heart at this time.
