Heartfelt condolences to all of the De la Torre friends and family. So saddened to hear of his passing. Armando always had a smile on his face and a heart of gold. So lucky to have known him and worked with him years ago.

He and Sammy Papia were like brothers who always were there for others no matter what.

I remember back in the day when Armando and I shared a passion of smoking and collecting pipes. Going to Edwards tobacco shop to try out the latest blends. Armando was old school Tampa. Proud of his roots and heritage. Always a sharp dresser and full of wisdom.

My last few encounters were delightful ones sharing cafe con leche with him and Terry Blake at Águilas Café.

We could talk for hours and not run out if topics. He always made my day with his positive vibes.

You will be missed "Duke".

Thank you for being a bright light for so many who were privileged to know you.
