The world lost an amazing mother, wife, sister, mama and Tia. Anolan Alcala aka Mama was sweet, beautiful and funny. Never a dull moment when you were around her. She would love on you, feed you and just make you feel loved and special. She loved caring for others especially babies, it gave her joy. Not only did she watch all her grandchildren and Sofia her great grandchild, she had the honor of watching other children whom she loved like her very own. She was inseparable with her twin sister Miriam and loved her dearly. She loved to shop and go on long road trips. She loved going to the casino with her husband Anibal to play slots. She would call her children everyday to make sure we were ok and to pass along the latest gossip. Mama's smile would light up the room. We will miss her dearly.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, March 29th, from 6:00 to 8:00 at Boza & Roel Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at Boza & Roel on Tuesday, March 30th, at 12:00
