To my aunt Amelia...
This poem has always reminded me of you. You know why!!! With all my love..
When I was hopeless, you were there.
You picked me up, you showed me care.
Without the love you had for me
God only knows where I would be.
To me you were a second mom,
a person I drew wisdom from.
In my corner every fight,
you always cared that things were right.
I won't forget the things you've done.
I felt like your adopted son.
Ready now and feeling new
I couldn't leave not thanking you.
To my Aunt Amelia... this poem that I found years ago, has always reminded me of you. You and I know the "when's" and the "why's". Suffice to say, I loved you dearly and will keep you in my heart until we meet again. Give Papa Luis a big hug for me too....

It is with a very sad heart that we received the news about Amelia passing. She was always the friendly and happy smile at Tampa Jai Alai. The greatest fan of the entire roster, even though I know she favored and followed my husband, Pablo. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and everyone that knew her. Her friendliness , kindness and loving personality will be always in our hearts!
I pray so that God gives the understanding and peace needed by her family, specially her daughters, at this time. Besos y Abrazos Ada y Pablo
