Yolanda Elizabeth Axelsen's Obituary
AXELSEN, Yolanda Elizabeth, 72, of Tampa, passed onto a new and better life on February 11th to be with the Lord. She will suffer no more. She was the wife of Peter Axelsen and together they had nine children; daughter Estela, son Frank, his wife Jamei, their four children: Lexi, Lizi, Madisyn and Ian; daughter Heidi Boomer, her husband Michael, their two children: Aaron and Casey; daughter Tanja Marks, her husband Tom, their three children: Autumn, Abigail and William; daughter Mitzi Shulstad, her three children: Lorin, Deven and Matthew; son Kai Erik, his wife Heather, their three children: Kai Erik, Aiden and Mason; son John, his wife Lauren, their son Cameron; son Mark; daughter Theresa Levering, her husband Brian, their three children: Jacob, Jonah and Ethan. Yolanda first met her husband on September 13, 1966 after being pen pals for more than 3 years. Four days later, they decided to get married. She was a good wife, a wonderful mother and even a better grandmother. Yolanda always loved. Her faith could move mountains and did. She will be deeply missed. The family will receive friends for Visitation Monday, February 16, 2015 between 6 and 8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. A Mass for the Repose of her Soul will take place Tuesday, February 17 at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church at 9:30 AM, followed by Interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Clearwater.
