Winnie Mae Pazzelli's Obituary
Winnie Mae Pazzelli passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, under hospice care in Dunedin, FL. She was 88 years old.
She was born in Charleston, WV on January 17, 1936, the fifth child of James Russell and Eva Mae (Young) Russell, joining siblings Edward, Herbert, Raymond and Mary. She married the love of her life, Joseph Pazzelli, in 1955, subsequently moving to Orlando, Florida in 1957, and finally settling in Tampa. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph, who passed away in 2020, as well as her parents, all her siblings, and her daughter-in-law, Giang Pazzelli, who passed away in 2021.
She was a stay-at-home Mom in the early years and later enjoyed a 20-year career in retail sales. She was a loving Mother, kind and sweet, instilling faith, kindness, respect for others, good manners, and the golden rule, treat others the way want to be treated. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor, often laughing at herself.
Left to cherish her memories, are her five children, Nancy Dabe (Darrell), Linda Massaro (Richard), Mary Ann Underhill (Mike), Joey Pazzelli, and Johnny Pazzelli (Lori), as well as nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren (and a fifth on the way in a few weeks), one niece and four nephews.
We will miss our Mom so very much, as we have missed our Dad these past three years, but we know that she is finally at peace reunited with the love of her life.
