William L Taylor Jr's Obituary
TAYLOR Jr, William L, 88, a Tampa native, passed away August 11, 2016. He proudly serve his country in the Unites States Navy during WWII. After his honorable discharge he became a Policeman for the City of Tampa. Upon retiring from the Police Department he worked as Chief Investigator for the State Attorney Office in Tampa. William eventually retired to enjoy spending quality time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by daughter Virginia Lee McClellan and his beloved wife of 67 years Virginia. William is survived by children: William Donnald Taylor, Donna Cummings, Patricia Martin, grandchildren: Kristine Woods, Dona Jean Smith, Dr Danielle Murphy, Donny Taylor, Tiffany Virginia Martin, great grandchildren: Brianna Webber, Lexi Smith, Jett Smith, Brock Smith, Romen Perry, Grace Murphy, extended family and friends. The family wishes to send a special thanks to devoted daughter Patty for the unconditional love and unending care she gave to her father. Donations may be made to LifePath Hospice in William’s memory.
