Valentina Marybel Govea's Obituary
Valentina Marybel Govea, aged 62, of Havana, died on 11/13/25. She was born 2/14/63 in Cuba to Lorenza Perez.
She was a proud and involved grandmother who loved her grandchildren fiercely and always showed up for them, cheering them on in every part of their lives. She carried that same love for her children and her family. Life felt fuller when she was around — she was the life of the party, always ready with a smile and her contagious laugh, even on her hardest days. We love you and miss you, Lela.
Valentina is survived by Children: Jacqueline, Roland, and Ricardo Govea; Grandchildren: Star, Isaak, Devani, Gabriella, Leandro.
A Wake will be held 11/19/25, 6–8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Ave., Tampa.
