Tommy Ray Evans Jr, 34, of Tampa, FL, passed away Thursday May 25th, 2023.
Tommy was known for his passion for art from a young age, and used his skills to later become a talented tattoo artist. Most importantly he was a son, brother, father and friend who will be dearly missed by many.
