I moved from Tampa back to my home town of Hendersonville, NC 20 years ago, and just now found out about Mr. Gucciardo's passing. He was my 6th grade school teacher (1957-58), and strangely ended up being a neighbor of mine many years later until I moved. I always had a warm spot in my heart for him. He was a fine man and a great school teacher. Tom Brown

My thoughts and prayers go to Mr. Gucciardo's family. Mr. Gucciardo was my 6th grade teacher at Lake Magdalene Elementary School in 1956-57. I'll always remember him as my teacher and for being such an excellent role model example to each of his students.

I just found out and am so terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. I remember him as someone who was dedicated to and loved his family immensely. I know he will be missed so much by everyone. We send our love and prayers.
