Theresa Marie Luppens' Obituary
LUPPENS, Theresa Marie, 87, of Tampa passed away Oct. 4, 2014. Theresa was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Tampa in 1953. She served as the deputy registrar of Hillsborough County until the time of her retirement. She was a charter parishioner of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and a member of the St. Paul’s Catholic Church Women’s Guild. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence H. Luppens, Sr. and her son, Lawrence H. Luppens, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Marie Aucoin, sons, Chris Luppens, Sr. and Ronald C. Luppens( Melanie), ten grandchildren, Tina and Billy Aucoin, Chris, Adam, Sheryl and Greg Luppens, Meredith Wall, Yvonne Giammarinaro, Monica Jackson and Khrissy Goetz, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass for the repose of her soul will be celebrated at 10 AM on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Msgr. Laurence Higgins, Celebrant. Interment will be held at 12:45 PM at Bay Pines National Cemetery, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014 from 6 to 8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 N. Armenia Ave., Tampa, FL. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
