Theresa Diaz's Obituary
Theresa Diaz, 53, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on April 9, 2025. Born in Newark, New Jersey July 27, 1971. Theresa was a woman whose spirit couldn’t be dimmed. She lived with her heart wide open—always smiling, always loving, always finding the light even in the darkest places.
Life wasn’t always easy, and she carried her share of pain. But through it all, she never lost her faith in God. That faith was her anchor, her strength, and her constant reminder that love is stronger than struggle.
She was a free spirit, a bright soul who danced through life with laughter and grace. Her love was fierce, her hugs always healing, and her presence unforgettable.
Theresa is lovingly remembered by her devoted mother, Iris; her older brother, Alben; and her sisters, Marilyn and Shirley. She leaves behind her cherished daughter, Amandaleina, her sons, Daniel and Justin, and nine precious grandchildren who carry her vibrant spirit within them. She is also preceded in death by her beloved father, Jose, and her loving sons, Eric and Frank—all of whom passed within the past five years. Theresa gave her family love, wisdom, and joy—gifts they will carry with them always.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025. All who loved her are welcome to come, to remember, and to celebrate the beautiful soul that she was.
