I’ll always remember Mrs. Alford growing up with Barry. Carpooling to Adams in junior high was some of the fondest memories of her, even though we drove her crazy sometimes. May you RIP and my prayers go out to the Alford Family.
Gary so sorry to hear about Shirley. Deb and I just got back into town. We had some great memories and family vacations. Jim & Debbie
I will always remember what good friends we became when our babies (Kerry, "Little" Gary, and Larry) were very young. We were learning how to be mothers and how much we needed friendship to do so. We often had to ride "Little Gary" around in the car in Wellswood to get him to sleep. She was patient and loving and though it was tough times we had managed to laugh a lot..........just one of many memories. My sympathy and prayers for peace to the family.

What a terrible loss. Shirley was one of the sweetest friends ever. We will always treasure the memories of our times together in Wellswood.

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Alford. She was an extremely caring and kind person. I have fond memories of her while I was growing up across the street from her and her family on Candlewood. I will be praying for strength, peace and comfort for the family.
