Mrs. Sarah Hyde Gonzalez's Obituary
GONZALEZ, Sarah Hyde, 84 of Seminole, FL previously of Indian Rocks Beach and Tampa, passed away August 27, 2010. She was born in Newnan, GA and resided there until she married her beloved husband of 65 years. She is survived by her husband Julio, a son and daughter-in-law Ron and Mildred Gonzalez, a daughter and son-in-law Pattie and Larry Brown; 2 grandchildren, Kristy Morganti and her husband Tadd, Jessica Gonzalez and one great grandchild Emily Morganti; sister-in-law Mavine Hyde; 5 nieces JoAnn Tomaino, Betty Ann Bradley, Gladys James, Corine Irwin and Ann Cloy; four nephews, Jerry Randazzo, Jimmy Hyde, John Hyde, James Hyde and many great and great-great nephews and nieces and godchildren. Sarah was the founder of Mother Goose Day Nursery in Tampa. She operated the nursery for 30 years. Throughout her life she was known to have nurtured many a child and kissed many wounds. Sarah was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, nana, sister, aunt and friend whose entire life centered on her unconditional love for her entire family. These attributes were most evident at family gatherings and holidays. She had a huge heart and was always doing or caring for others. Her great cooking, love of life and smiling face will be truly missed. The family will receive friends at the funeral home located at 4730 n Armenia Avenue on Sunday from 3-5 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather from 5:30-7:30 after the visitation at Mother Goose Day Nursery 3407 N Habana Ave. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 AM at the Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church and interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
