Ryan Stevenson Cooper's Obituary
Ryan Stevenson Cooper was born on January 15, 1999 and passed away to be with the Lord on September 2, 2021. He was 22 years old. Ryan is survived by his father, Steven Cooper; mother, Sandy Cooper; sister, Shelby Cooper; brother, Chad Cooper; grandmother, Mary Ann Dowling; grandmother, Darlene Stamatakis, and leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ryan was a Florida native, born at St. Joseph’s women’s hospital. He was a resident of the Land O’ Lakes area and attended Land O’ Lakes High School. Ryan and his family have been members of Grace Family Church for 20 years. He had accepted Jesus as his personal savior.
Ryan was an excellent athlete and participated in many sports such as soccer, baseball, football, karate and golf throughout his life. He enjoyed trying new things like flying, scuba diving, skydiving, and snowboarding. He also had a love for animals and nature. He donated monthly to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and was passionate when it came to rescuing animals, growing plants and herbs and protecting the environment. Whether it was playing sports, kayaking, fishing or taking a walk down nature trials, Ryan loved the outdoors. Ryan had aspirations of pursing a degree in aviation and becoming a pilot.
There will be a celebration of life memorial service for Ryan Cooper on September 19, 2021 at 3pm. The outdoor service will take place at Knotted Roots on the Lake located at 3310 Land O’ Lakes Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34639. Knotted Roots phone number is (727) 351-3222. All are welcome to attend. Casual attire is acceptable.
