Richard M. Fernandez's Obituary
FERNANDEZ, Richard M., 61, of Palm Harbor, FL, native of Tampa, FL, passed away Dec. 6, 2013. Richard was a former employee of A. P. Boza Funeral Home, Olympia Bakery and Maas Brothers Tampa, FL. Professionally Richard was the model customer service representative always trusted by his many repeat customers and his employer. Richard was one of the few who actually owned a 69 Camaro. He especially loved music and played the drums like no other. My Father was not just my hero but a hero to many. He may not be here any longer but he is always with us. Our wonderful Lord and Savior has called him to be one of His angels to watch over us. My father was a strong, caring, and loving father, grandfather, Godfather, uncle, brother, father-in-law and friend to many. I couldn't have asked for a better father in the world. I will always have him in my heart and be forever grateful to God that you were my father. You will be forever missed; I love you daddy.
Richard will be remembered for his big heart and great sense of humor. Richard asks that next time you're at Ricks on the River, raise a cold one for him. Richard is survived by his daughter, Erica Lebron and son-in-law Alfredo; grandchildren, Jehovanni, Yasmine, Joanna, Angelina and Alexis; nieces, Fran, Terry and Debbie; Godmother, Helen Alvarez; cousins, Manny, Donna and best friend Gilbert Morales. A special thanks to the staff at Countryside Healthcare.
