Mr. Quiciano "Ray" Perez's Obituary
Perez, Quiciano “Ray”, 78, of Tampa, entered Heaven’s gates Wednesday, February 4, 2015. He was born on October 19, 1936 in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. He was married to Rosalie Perez for 51 years before her passing in 2013. Ray was a hard-working man. He dedicated 50+ years of his career with Kash N Karry, retiring with many awards for his excellent service and contribution to the growth of the company. He enjoyed landscaping, attending Tampa Bay Ray’s games, and spending time with his family. Ray’s real love was playing dominos with his brothers and pool with his grandchildren. Grilling was a passion of his; he would gather all of his family for a delicious meal. Ray was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Ray is survived by his children, Lisa Caraballo, Lorenzo Perez, Ray James Perez, and Darlene Martinez; brothers, Mariano, Antonio, Ismael, Lionide, and Ancleto Perez; sister Maria Perez; and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Lorenzo and Maria Nieves Perez, and brother, Santo Perez. Ray was dearly loved and will be missed by family and friends. The family will receive friends for Visitation Tuesday, February 10, 2015 between 1 and 2 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Services will begin at 2 PM at the funeral home, followed by Interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
