Mr Placido Lebron Jr's Obituary
Lebron, Placido (Plas), 82, died peacefully at home on January 24, 2011. He was born on January 5, 1929 and was a lifelong resident and native of Tampa. He graduated from Hillsborough High School and University of Florida. After graduating from law school, he served his country in the United States Army. He was Operations Manager at Tampa Wholesale Liquor for 27 years. He was a faithful and devoted husband for 56 years and a loving father to his three children and three grandchildren. Throughout his life Plas was known to all as one who had the time to listen and the wisdom to help. The family extends their thanks to Dr. Cura and his staff for the many years of care they provided to Plas. The family will receive friends for Visitation Thursday, January 27, from 6 -8 PM followed by a Wake Rite at 8:00 pm at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. A Mass for the Repose of his soul will be Friday, January 28th, at 1 PM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to STJUDE.ORG.
