Mr. Pete Otero's Obituary
OTERO, Pete, 83, native of Tampa passed away Mar. 26, 2011. Mr. Otero served in the U.S. Army for 5 years and then worked at American Can Co. where he retired after 27 years of service. He was a member of Keystone United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Otero, daughter, Linda Fernandez and granddaughter, Angela Fernandez. Survivors include his sister, Alva Oliver, sons, Don Otero and wife Maria and James Moore and wife Mary, son-in-law, Jack Fernandez, nieces, B.J. Birkes and Roberta Cooke and cousins, Raymond del Valle and Lydia Temple. He is survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren all of whom knew and loved him as "Grandpa Pete". A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
