Oswald Aston Witter, born in Jamaica, W.I., died on July 22, 20717 in his Tampa home. He was 92.
Born on April 12, 1925, Witter spent his life as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was predeceased by his wife, Ethel Lilieth Witter in November 2016. The couple was happily married for 69 years. Together, the two divided their time between Bronx, New York, Jamaica, W.I., Teaneck, New Jersey, and Tampa Florida. In addition to the various places they called home over the years, the couple traveled across Europe together, making many friends along the way.
