HERNANDEZ, Oscar Dennis, 67 of Tampa passed away on May 9, 2011 in Clearwater. He is survived by his son, Oscar Dennis Hernandez Jr. and his daughter, Denise Ann Hernandez. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home located at 4730 N Armenia Ave where a service will be held at 7 pm.
Private interment will be held on Friday at Garden of Memories Cemetery
