Carole and I wish to express our deepest condolences to his sister Shirley, daughter Kelsey, and partner Margarita on the passing of our dear and beloved friend, Oscar.
There are so many stories that could be told about having Oscar as a close friend, that a book with many chapters could easily be written. He was the “Best Man” at my wedding and Godfather to my two children. We will miss him dearly. May God bless. Rest in Peace, Oscar.
