Nibia Ramos Lugo, 66, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on October 3, 2017. Born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico. Preceded in death by her husband Angel Rafael Lugo, survived by her son Abraham Diaz, dauthers Maria Luz (Elwood Lewis) Lugo, Nydia (Jose I) Medina, and Marybel Lugo, her grandsons Gabriel and Emanuel Lewis, her parents Miguel Ramos and Maria Delacruz, and sisters Raquel and Ivonne Ramos. She will be missed by all.
