Michael Howard Spence, 52, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away August 13, 2017. He was born March 29, 1965 to Michael and June Spence, in Tampa, Florida, where he has been a lifelong area resident. He was currently employed as the Finance Manager at Jaguar Tampa. Michael is survived by his sister Kendra Spence, brothers Jamie Spence and David Spence, life partner Jorge Ortiz, extended family and numerous friends. His personality lit up the room, and he was loved and respected by all who knew him. Michael’s life will be celebrated with a visitation from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm followed by a service at 1:00 pm, Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Boza and Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33603.
