As a young man growing up in Tampa I had the pleasure of knowing all the Mestre siblings. I learned a great deal about life in their home. The stories about their experience in Cuba was heart wrenching. Percy as everyone called her was the most beautiful woman I had ever laid eyes on. I don’t really have the words to properly express my condolences to the entire Mestre family during this time oh incredible loss….Jack Shea
Words cannot express what a loss this is for everyone who knows and loves our dear precious Percy. She's by far one of my favorite people and one of my dearest friends that I will miss beyond words. Her beautiful smile, quick wit, and lovely disposition are a few of her many attributes that I will miss. Sending prayers for peace, strength, and comfort to Percy's beloved family.
When I commented that Percy was the most beautiful person I had ever met, our friends all agreed and replied,"Yes, inside and out". Thank you, Percy, for leaving us with such wonderful memories! We had so much fun!! Prayers & sympathy to the family.
