Lydia A Garcia's Obituary
Lydia Artiga Garcia, 88 pasted away on May 1, 2016. She was born and raised in Tampa Florida to Rafael and Lila Artiga. Predeceased by her husband Julian Garcia Sr., brothers Rafael, Eduardo, and Anibal, and sister Velia Garcia. She leaves behind her son Julian Garcia Jr., daughter and son-in-law Cynthia (Randy) Coen, grandson Max Coen (Stormy Karlosky), granddaughter Francesca Sullivan, great granddaughter Briar Lily Coen and a number of loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Lydia was a strong independent women with a kind and generous heart. Always supportive and available to her family and friends whenever needed, without hesitation. She will be sorely missed.
Pall bearers - Julian Garcia, Jr., Randy Coen, Max Coen, Joe Nuccio, Joe Garcia, and Robert Alorda. Honorary pall bearers - Nelson Garcia, Given Garcia, and Gilbert Garcia.
The private family graveside service will be at Garden of Memories on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11:30 am. Friends and family are invited to Lydia’s home at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Metropolitan Ministry and Make a Wish Foundation.
