Mrs. Lydia Lily Canalejo's Obituary
Lydia "Lily" Canalejo, 82, of Tampa, FL passed away on Thursday, December 6th surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Tampa, 1 of 16th children, and was always a devoted mother and grandmother. In her younger days she worked at the Las Novedades where she met and married Mario Sr. and later worked for H.L. Greens. She loved to work and often recalled many happy memories. After leaving H.L. Greens she devoted her life to raising her family. She was an avid Buccaneer fan and would keep her fingers crossed the entire game for luck.
Preceded in death by Mario Sr. and is survived by her loving children, Harry Sr. (Linda), Larry (Deborah), and Lorraine (Richard); Grandchildren, Steven (Alicia), Lisa (Dennis), Harry Jr., Mario and Mychal; Great-Grandchildren, Savannah, Austin, Lilly and Coral. She is also survived by her brother Tony Prado (Geneieve) and sister Estella Martinez and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed. A private gathering will be held. Please omit flowers and donations.
