Lamentamos anunciar el fallecimiento de Luis Enrique Bonilla a los 54 años, quien murió inesperadamente el martes 30 de julio de 2024 debido a un derrame cerebral.
Luis Enrique Bonilla trabajó en el negocio de la remodelación y construcción por más de 25 años. Era un miembro respetado de su profesión y conocido por su atención al detalle y la satisfacción del cliente. Obtuvo su GED al llegar a los Estados Unidos desde su país natal, Colombia, en 1997.
Luis Enrique Bonilla será recordado por sus amigos y familiares por ser buen amigo, su gran sentido del humor y su risa. Durante sus muchos años de trabajo en el área de la Bahía de Tampa, ayudó a muchas personas de su comunidad.
En su tiempo libre, a Luis Enrique Bonilla le gustaba pescar, escuchar música y ver películas de acción y terror y por supuesto tomarse una cerveza y unas alitas de pollo con sus amigos.
A Luis Enrique Bonilla le sobreviven sus 4 hijos (Adriana, Steve, Daniel y Alyssa). Le sobreviven su padre Luis Bonilla, su hermana, María del Pilar, y sus hermanos Carlos, John Jairo y Oscar. A Luis Enrique Bonilla le precedieron en la muerte su madre María Consuelo Triana y su hermano Mauricio.
El funeral se llevará a cabo en la funeraria Boza & Roel el 10 de agosto de 1 a 3 p.m. y el servicio religioso católico de 3 a 4 p.m.
Luis Enrique Bonilla será muy extrañado por sus amigos. Sus hijos llevarán consigo sus mejores cualidades: trabajador, gran corazón y risa contagiosa.

We regret to announce the passing of Luis Enrique Bonilla aged 54, who died unexpectedly on Tuesday July 30th, 2024 from a massive stroke.
Luis Enrique Bonilla worked in the remodeling/construction business for over 25 years. He was a respected member of his profession and known for his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He earned his GED upon arriving to the United States from his native country Colombia in 1997.
Luis Enrique Bonilla will be remembered by his friends and relatives by his great sense of humor and goofy laugh. During his many years of working in the Tampa Bay area, he helped many people in his community.
In his free time, Luis Enrique Bonilla enjoyed fishing, listening to music, watching action and horror movies and drinking a beer with friends while eating some chicken wings.
Luis Enrique Bonilla is survived by his four children (Adriana, Steven, Daniel, and Alyssa). He is also survived by his father Luis Bonilla; his sister, Maria del Pilar, and his brothers Carlos, John Jairo and Oscar. Luis Enrique Bonilla was preceded in death by his mother Maria Consuelo Triana and his brother Mauricio.
A funeral service will be held at Boza & Roel funeral home on August 10th from 1-2pm viewing and Catholic religious service from 3-4 pm.
Luis Enrique Bonilla will be greatly missed by his friends. His children will carry on his best qualities with them: hard worker, great heart and contagious laugh.
