Alvarez, Louis D., age 86, of Tampa passed away March 4, 2018. A native of Tampa he is survived by his son: Louis D. Alvarez, Jr. ((Patricia), daughters: Karen Winter, and Dorothy Hughes (Brad); grandchildren: Francesca, Dean, and Gabrielle Alvarez, Kelly McKenzie(Ryan), and David Winter; great grandchildren: Claire, Lucy, Isaac, and Benjamin McKenzie. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday (March 8th), 11:00 AM, at Woodlawn Cemetery. Please omit flowers and in lieu of contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 4304 S. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33611.
