Lisa Edmiston's Obituary
EDMISTON, LISA L, of Land O'Lakes passed away unexpectedly on September 29th surrounded by her loving family. She was a native Floridian and loved the Tampa area, where she resided her entire life. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication. Prior to this, Lisa graduated from Tampa Catholic in 1972 after attending Sacred Heart until their closing in 1971. She worked in the banking industry for 32 years, in various positions including branch manager, financial advisor and most recently, senior executive assistant. Lisa was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Colleen Edmiston; siblings, Charles Clayton, Cathy Eileen and Norton Patton. She is survived by her close-knit family. She is a loving mother to her daughter, Kelley Cutillo, a great big sister to Susie Juarez (Richard) and loving niece to Mary Lanier. Lisa also could not wait to marry her fiance, Harvey Cartwright. The family will receive friends for Visitation, Wednesday, October 2, 2013 between 6 and 8 PM at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. The Episcopal Eucharistic Burial Service will be held Thursday, October 3 at 10 AM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 13312 Cain Road, Tampa, FL 33625, followed by Interment at Garden of Memories Cemetery. She was a woman of strong faith. A lifelong member of the Episcopal Church, she greatly enjoyed her time at Cursillo. Lisa will be truly missed by all that knew her. Heaven gained an angel on Sunday morning.
