Mr. Lewis McBride's Obituary
McBride, Lewis, 91, born in Toombs County, Georgia and moved to Tampa in 1955, passed away January 9, 2008. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Tapley, and his grandson, Keith Tapley. Survived by his loving wife of 72 years, Peggy McBride; daughter, Janis Cahoon (Earl); five grandchildren, Rick, Mark (Heidi), Ronda, Denise (Carlos), and Clay (Amanda), twelve great grandchildren, Ricky, Branden, Darrell, Heather, Sarah, Rachel, Adam, Amanda, Danielle, Alyssa, Samantha and Clayton; and two great great grandchildren, Logan and Nathan. He was also survived by his brother, Delton (Lou), numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members. He was a successful car dealer by trade for over 65 years. After his retirement, he worked for Hillsborough County, delivering meals to the needy. His passions include bowling and fishing. He will forever be in our hearts, and greatly missed by all. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, January 12, 2008, with Visitation between 11 and 12 noon at Boza & Roel Funeral Home, 4730 North Armenia Avenue, Tampa. Services will be at 12 noon at the funeral home followed by Entombment at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Boza & Roel Funeral Home
