Mrs. Lena Reina Cacciatore's Obituary
CACCIATORE, Lena Reina, 101, a lifelong native of Tampa, FL, born May 16, 1914, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, John F. Cacciatore, her parents, Salvatore and Paola Reina, sisters, Dorothea Leto, Leah Pullara, Tina Leto, Salia Reina, Carmen Napoli, Mary Guagliardo and brother, Ignazio Antinori. Survivors include her devoted nieces, Antoinette "Sister" Pullara, Sylvia Guagliardo Reina (Rudy) and Shirley Guagliardo Pagliaro, niece-in-law, Katie Pullara, several great and great great nieces, nephews and godchildren. Lena never knew a stranger. Never having children of her own, she was a second mother to all her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. She was a very active person who until the end exercised every morning walking around her house 20 rounds. She was a person who loved life, loved going out to dinner, loved shopping and was an avid poker player playing for over 50 years. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the L'Unione Italiana Mausoleum. Pallbearers include: Thomas LoCicero, Louis Pullara, Jon Epps, Wilbur Harden, Tracey Hamilton, Nelson Guagliardo and Frank Albano. In lieu of flowers contributions in Lena's memory may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or the charity of your choice. Online condolences may be sent to bozaroel.com.
