Lela was like a mother to me. She tought me how to be a wife to her son and a mother to her grandkids. She loved me when I didn't love myself... so unconditional. She accepted me with all my flaws. Lela you are and will always be one of a kind. I have such good memories of you, us, and our family together on Mead Street. I love you forever. I'm glad I got a chance to see you at Chris and Sarah's wedding. Thinking of you brings tears to my eyes, but its not all tears of sadness, but tears of the joy you brought into my life. You will always be my one and only Lela. RIP
I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs. Alvarado. With all her love and joys, I know she was an amazing woman. I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is John 11:25, which says, " Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time.
