Judy Alice Leske's Obituary
Judy Alice Leske, 82, of Tampa and formerly of Minnesota, passed away on March 29, 2026, in Tampa. She was born on June 25, 1943, in Northfield, Minnesota to the late Alois Pumper and Stella Havlicek. She grew up on a farm east of Lonsdale where she helped to take care of the farm and, as the oldest sibling, of her brothers and sisters.
After graduating from New Prague High School, Judy left the farm life to pursue cosmetology in Minneapolis, where she would work and raise her 4 kids. Her whole life she loved country music, driving cars, riding motorcycles, and after retirement she worked for Walser Ford in Minnesota, where she transported cars. Judy remembered this chapter of her life with great fondness for many years.
At the age of 70, tired of cold winters, Judy moved to Tampa to be close to her two daughters Anne and Julie.
Judy is survived by her children, Doug Leslin (Gail Danielson-Leslin), Jason Leslin, Anne Leslin (James Donovan), and Julie Nasevicius (Aidas Nasevicius); her grandchildren, Alexandria Ricci, Luke Leslin, and Jason Leslin Jr.; great-granddaughter, Gia; brothers, Glenn, Tom, Bernie, and Gary; sisters, Jeanie and Mary Ellen. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Leske and siblings, Teddy, Alice, Loren, and Allen. During the last five years of her life, she lived with daughter Julie and son-in-law Aidas, where she enjoyed helping tend to small gardens.
No public services will be held at this time. Celebration of life at a later date.
