Juan Diaz 's Obituary
Juan Diaz, 81, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Sunday July 15, 2018, surrounded by his family at home. Born in Havana, Cuba on March 30, 1937. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Magdalena Diaz, his daughters Magdalena (Kurt) Leverett, Alina (Ken) Diaz Toledo, grandchildren Ryan (Gina) Klosicki, Jenna Klosicki, Alexis Toledo, and Jillian Leverett. The visitation will be held at Boza and Roel funeral home on Thursday July 19th, from 6 PM to 8 PM. A graveside service will begin at 10:30 AM on Friday July 20th, at Sunset Memory Gardens.
