Joyce Bernecer's Obituary
Joyce Bernecer passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020. She was born August 30, 1936, in Harlem, New York and spent the last 31 years in Tampa, Florida. Her departure reminds us that there is one more angel watching over us.
Joyce was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment. Joyce was a very composed person and had a very warm and compassionate personality. She made friends wherever she went. Her children were proud to call her Mom.
Joyce is survived by devoted husband, Francisco Bernecer of 59 wonderful loving years since they met in 1961, her daughter, Karen Bernecer, her son, Jeff Bernecer, Granddaughter, Lexi Noceda, and Great Grandson, Samuel Noceda-Gonzalez.
Joyce had a zest for life and amazing spirit. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. We invite you to join them for a Gathering at 10:00 am With services to follow on Monday, August 24, 2020.
