Josephine Vidal's Obituary
Josephine “Dolly” Vidal, 89, passed away on Saturday, July 10th, peacefully at home and surrounded by family. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Frank Vidal, Jr. and is survived by their son Larry (Roberta), beloved grandchildren Keith Vidal and Nikki Ware (Matt) and great grandchildren Zoe and Atom Vidal, Otto Ware, Luci and Ceci Dingle, Sister Genevieve Ripley (Bill) and chosen Sister Norma Lopez. A special thank you to niece Karen Skop (Dennis) and nephew Ryan (Elizabeth) for all their love and support and all of her friends over the years who helped make her journey a life well lived.
Dolly was a person full of grace. She baked and gardened and loved doing things for others. She was a constant supplier of cakes and pies to Tampa Firefighters and for all who loved her, a treat or meal was ready to pick up at any time. Dolly was loved and admired by many and will lay at rest with her beloved Frank in a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of Tampa Bay or plant a fruit or vegetable in her memory.
