TAVALACCIO, Josephine, 95, native of Tampa, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John Tavalaccio and granddaughter, Sheri Spicola. She is survived by her daughter, Antoinette Spicola and husband Charles; 4 grandchildren, John Spicola, Michael Spicola (Robert), Terri Spicola Gentry (Steven), Carlo Mark Spicola (Iris); 7 great grandchildren, Steven, Christopher, Mia, Jeffrey, Carlo, Carly and Alexis. Graveside services will be private at the convenience of the family.
