Josephine Kelly's Obituary
KELLY, Josephine, 88, of Tampa went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 27, 2008. She was the daughter of Francisco and Carmen Medina and was preceded in death by her brother, Virgil, her sister, Ana, and her great-grandson, Anthony. She proudly served her country as a nurse during WWII and was one of the first nurses to volunteer at the Judeo Christian Health Clinic. She was very active in the Presbyterian Church and served as an elder for many years. An avid Devil Rays fan, Josephine was a loving caregiver to many and a blessing to all who knew her. She is survived by her loving daughter, Carmen Ann Tomasello, her devoted grandchildren and great-grandchildren ' Carmen & Todd Brushwood (Ryan, Jensen, Michaela), Freddy & Ada Tomasello (Nicolas, Lianna, Daniel, Joseph), Joanna & Robert Turkett (Bobby, Tommy), niece Dahlia (Ralph) Wiechmann, nephew Marcos Medina, and their families along with many cousins and her dear friend, Evelyn (Jimmy) Harrison. She will be sadly missed. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 30 from 4 ' 6pm (service at 5). Funeral services will be held at 3pm at Presbyterian Church of Seffner, 1906 S. Lenna Ave with internment to follow at Myrtle Hill. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to McClain Inc.
