Joseph (Joe) Parrino peacefully passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021, surrounded by family after a brief illness that resulted from pre-existing health issues. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe T. Parrino, his belove Read Obituary
I worked for Joe at Shopper's Drug Mart when I was 18 y/o. He was my first employer returning to FL. He was a wonderful person. We always kept in touch and we're FB friends. I am now 60. We tried getting together several times in person. Either his plans had to change or mine did. Now he's gone. I so regret never hooking up! He was a good man! ❤️
So sad to hear this news. I went to jr. high and High School with Joe and also had contact with him with his work.

Joe was a great first boss and a great mentor for teenagers at his Shoppers Drugmart Store! Joe was a very kind-hearted person that always laughed and joked with us.
Joe was a disciplined, decent person I'm honored to have met in my life.
I remember I gave him a black lab puppy. I went to his house 6mo.later to visit him, and he asked me, "Julia, why did you give me this pony," That was so funny, "Joe was a rarity."

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I have such wonderful memories of my cousin Joe, when we were kids and as we grew older. One in particular was at the beach as kids when we thought we were digging up a buried treasure, and it turned out to be a drainage tank. We didn't despair and had a good laugh. Later in life we both supported the Gators. Joe was a kind and caring person always willing to share, and he will be missed by many.

I adored Joe. I reported indirectly to me at Netpark. I remember he was not thrilled at a non pharmacist overseeing him but we got to know each other well and he became my favorite RPH. I fondly called him cherub and sweet pea. It was our little joke. He was incredibly kind when my father passed away too. RIP Cherub! Xx. Sarah McCants.
It was an honor to have known Joe and to have worked with him. he always had the patient first and did everything he could for them. When I worked in the warehouse and would take a problem to him he was always very cooperative and would do what he could to rectify the situation with the patient. He was a good guy and I know where he is.
I am so saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. Joe was my mentor and friend. We worked side by side for many years at Medco-ESI and I learned a lot from him. Joe was a very caring, honest person and was so well respected by his co- workers. I wish I could’ve spent more time with him after he retired. My prayers go out to his family.
