Joe Gomez, Jr.
Joe, We became friends in the mid 70s, in the West Tampa area. You always treated me as a brother I never had. You were a good and decent person, who would give the shirt off your back for family, as well as friends, too include people you didn't even know. You were definitely an honest, loyal, and sincere friend. No matter where you went, nor who you met, you touched many lives in a positive manner. You were always sincere in your demeanor, and enjoyed life to it's fullest. You were extremely caring, loyal, committed, and dedicated to your chosen profession, family, and friends. It was an honor and privilege to have had a special friend such as you Joe. Joe, You always watched over me as a big brother. I will never, ever forget you taking out precious time from your life, to ensure my safety after I shared with you concerns I was experiencing in my immediate neighborhood upon my retirement. You were a true friend!!! I am truly saddened by your loss, and my sincere condolences go out to your entire family.
Sincerely, Joe Gomez, Jr.
